Our story is that of a small group of garment industry professionals coming together to raise the bar on quality and service standards. A 17 year saga of passion headlined by our founder, Binoy Purushothaman, who evolved from humble beginnings on the shop floor to a roller coaster entrepreneurial journey. One that took root back in 2003 as a small buying house, with just three people, and transformed into a fully owned garment manufacturing unit specialising in the kids fashion space, known today as Abhidaksha Globale. It’s that missionary zeal and pursuit of excellence that has gotten Binoy and his team to collaborate with the world’s most prolific brands like Guess, Ducati, BMW Motorrad, PRECA Brummel, Brums, Mek, Erripi & Bip Bip and more. And this is just the beginning as they say!

Founder-CEO
Ever since graduating with a master’s degree in international business, Binoy has been a man on a mission. Starting out as a quality controller, his insatiable curiosity and passion for doing things right, saw him learn the nuances of every facet of the garment business. His vision matched by his ambition have been instrumental in helping Abhidakhsa Globale make its mark in international markets.
General Manager
Armed with his peerless management skills, Moorthy handles the day-to-day operations of the main office and factory at Abhidakha Globale. Since joining the buying agency team in 2006, he has become an invaluable asset that maintains our forward momentum on all fronts.
Fabric manager
With a keen eye for detail, Shanmughavel has an innate understanding that differentiates good fabric from the exceptional. His ‘no compromise’ attitude has kept our quality standards consistent throughout the years.
Head of Samples Department
Supported by a dedicated team of garment experts, Vimal is responsible for bringing innovation, class and flair to our products. With an excellent track record, his hard work is reflected in some of our world class offerings.
Quality Assurance Manager
Heading a group of junior quality assistants, Prajeesh is in charge of fabric quality inspection, right from procurement till shipment. His valuable insights and observations keep us ahead of the curve in terms of quality of our materials.
Factory Manager
With his immaculate planning and administering skills Vetrivelan manages the day to day operations of the factory with various departments reporting in to him. His role also extends to coordinating with the merchandising team, and planning the production process while keeping a keen eye on costs.
Merchandising – Our merchandising department handles all communications between clients and pass on the info to various depts here. Right from Lab dips for clients to decide on shades, samples to send for fitting, production, pre shipment and final shipped samples. They arrange for trims and accessories for sewing on time – after getting it approved by clients. Merchandising also follows up on value additions in garments, print, embroidery, wash & embelishments,right upto coordinating with logistics for shipping.
Fabrics - Our fabrics division assess various fabric options for requirements falling under various product needs ranging from 50 plus fabric possible in knits. Once done they arrange lab dips from dyeing factories for clients. Clients then decide on final options before placing orders. The fabric department gets the fabric program from planning dept and takes delivery of yarn, followed by knitting, from where it is sent for dyeing and compacting. Each stage has to be monitored for quality parameters before sending to the factory for cutting.
Samples - This division handles samples for client. Once our clients select the fabric and colour, fitting samples are made based on the spec sheet shared by them. Our European clients expect at least 2-3 trials before the final fit is selected before the artworks are sent in various options. Bulk samples are made on approval and the process is repeated on receiving the final order
Quality - The buck stops at the quality department. Beginning with inspection & study of the client side samples. A thorough assessment of potential issues that can crop is carried out before the purchase order is confirmed. The merchandising department shares all the details about the garment pertaining to fit / specs / artwork / comments by clients at all stages. The quality dept follows up on all stages of production right from fabric inspection to lab reports on fabrics, in line, pre finishing and final garment inspections to the final lab test on garments.
